Hi! I'm Ariel Kiley—

A certified Yoga Therapist, conscious fitness teacher, coach and trauma resolution practitioner.

For over a decade, I've guided thousands of students through transformative movement practices that actually work.

I have designed programming and led teacher trainings in functional strength, therapeutic yoga, anatomy, trauma-informed yoga, and fitness therapy for Equinox Fitness clubs, Tune Up Fitness®, Dou Yoga, Prema Yoga, and more. I also designed and starred in the Yoga Fundamentals program on Daily Burn.

I've taught stress reduction techniques to students at Harvard Medical School, Yale University, and major financial institutions.

My mission is simple: I want to help you tap into your own potential for strength and wellbeing in your body so you can live a long and full life.

After 15 years working with bodies of all ages and backgrounds, I've developed precise techniques to prime your body so you are incredibly successful in your workouts.

Day by day we strategically alternate between Body Conditioning, Strength Building with weights and Flow Yoga.

It doesn’t take much time and it's all laid out for you

This program is designed for people with full, active lives. All you have to do is follow the pre-planned sequence of classes each week, and voila! Your body is going to get stronger, more supple, feel better and function smarter.

You get myofascial release

Beyond the main classes, you have the option to do targeted self-massage and myofascial release on therapy balls. These 10-min sessions reduce aches and pains, and release tension.

IN THE WEEKLY PROGRAM YOU WILL:

TONE, LIFT, FLOW & ROLL

MONDAY:

Body Conditioning

Conditioning exercises that teach you something new about how your body works. Each Monday introduces the week's functional movement and anatomy theme—knowledge that empowers you to confidently move and challenge your body.

30 minutes

 

TUESDAY & THURSDAY:

Strength Building with Weights

Develop powerful, capable muscles with heavier dumbbells and targeted strength work. Don’t worry if you’re new to lifting weights! You will be guided to progress at your own pace.

30 minutes x 2

 

WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY:

Yoga Flow

Flow through sequences that enhance your balance, coordination and grace while giving you that full-body high that comes from flowing with presence and breath.

30 & 45 minutes

  

 

DAILY BONUS:

Self-Massage + Myofascial Release

Every day includes targeted therapy ball work that releases tension, enhances body awareness, and helps address everything from old injuries to daily stress patterns.

About Ariel 

 

Fit Bod Life is my pride and joy ~ I've created it from the very best of what I've learned over the years.

 

I live in Flamingo Heights, California with my psychotherapist/musician hubby Matt.

I record and broadcast the Fit Bod Life program out of my home studio here in the high desert.

Every weekday morning I stream the daily class live on Zoom at 8AM and practice with the group. It's a true joy to start each of my days with the Fit Bod Life community!

At any given time you might find me hiking in search of pink rocks, at a library in Palm Springs with Matt, dancing at the nearby nightclub Mojave Gold, making soup from scratch, or teaching at the local studio Cedar & Sage.
